Hello, I am the Licentiate in Nutrition Jorge Euan. Thank you very much for knowing a little more about my work as a health professional. I'm going to tell you a little about me so that you know my career.

I studied a Bachelor of Nutrition at the Latino University (CEL). In the State of Mérida in the City of Yucatán.

I Titled by Thesis with Honorable Mention. my thesis was based on an experimental study with sodium bicarbonate supplementation in high performance athletes. where he won the 3rd place in the Congress of the Mexican College of Nutritionists of Yucatán, among other contests in psychology and sports.

I did my Practices and Service at the CARD (Center for High Performance Sports) Department of nutrition Applied to sport in Yucatecan athletes of the IDEY, during the service and practices I was in the Food Service Area where it elaborates Minutes and Cyclical Menus for athletes of high performance, I obtained a lot of knowledge in food handling and hygiene and an exact control of equivalents something that is not seen in the race. Later he would be hired as a Nutritionist for archery, chess, speed skating and roller skating athletes for 3 years. It is worth mentioning that during my work stay I designed together with colleagues an experimental investigation of Supplementation with Beet Juice and its Nitrates in Arqueros de Yucatán.

Likewise, I worked in the CEMANUD of the Municipal DIF in the area of food service in addition to hygiene and food handling, In this work I designed a further investigation on the comparison of BMI and fat percentage in schoolchildren and adolescents, My passion is Research and The science.

In the year 2017 SINAD (Society for Research in Nutrition Applied to Sports) was founded, I am the Vice President and co-founder of this wonderful society where we are dedicated to providing Nutritionists and colleagues with more information about the updates of Nutrition applied to sport and its main axes as well as conducting research in Mérida.

This year I have dedicated myself to major events in ketogenic nutrition, talks at SINAD congresses and especially in a Research that will be published soon, this would be my fourth research on body recomposition on the comparison between inbody impedance, skulpt chisel and anthropometry of the ISAK 1 This would be a huge achievement as it would be my first post as a Researcher.

Today I live in the State of Mérida where I am the CEO of Asesoría Nutricional. Nutritionist Jorge Euan - CARDINUTRI (Clinic of feeding and recomposition in dietetics and nutrition). Currently I am dedicated to giving nutritional counseling through Face-to-Face and Online, Most of my meal plans are flexible, accessible in the patient's lifestyle and economy. I am also dedicated to the science of the Nutritional Ketogenic Diet and its branches such as the flexible ketogenic diet and the Carnivorous diet including intermittent fasting. The patient achieves great results with the consultations and the keto, bikini and couples Nutritional programs as well as the special ones for children and people with chronic degenerative diseases.
